The 3RT2015-1FB41 belongs to the Siemens SIRIUS 3RT2 series S00 frame 3-pole power contactor family. The biggest difference between it and the 1FB42 is that the auxiliary contacts are changed from normally closed to one set of normally open (1NO). The coil is still 24V DC and has a built-in freewheel diode, which absorbs coil-induced surges upon disconnection, reducing voltage spikes to drive circuits (such as PLC output cards and solid-state relays). It is particularly suitable for electronic control environments that require frequent switching and are sensitive to surges. It has 3 main contacts, a rated current of 7A, and can load a 3kW/400V motor under AC-3 conditions. The maximum withstand voltage is 690V AC, and the typical mechanical life is up to 30 million operations.
