3RT2016-2BB44
Compared to versions in the same series that only have one set of auxiliary contacts, the 2BB44 provides four sets of auxiliary contacts (2NO + 2NC), which can simultaneously drive multiple interlocking or indicator circuits, reducing the cost of adding auxiliary contact sockets.
The 3RT2016-2BB44 is the version with the most auxiliary contacts selected in this study: the control coil is 24V DC, and it provides 2 sets of normally open (NO) and 2 sets of normally closed (NC) auxiliary contacts, for a total of 4 sets. Compared to versions in the same series with only one set of auxiliary contacts, it can simultaneously meet the needs of multiple signal sets such as operation indication, fault feedback, and interlock protection, and can complete more complex control circuit designs without the need for additional auxiliary contact socket modules. The main circuit maintains the S00 housing and AC-3 9A/4kW/400V rating consistent with the 3RT2016 family. In addition, the AC-1 (resistive load) rated current can reach 22A/400V, showing that it also has a certain margin in non-motor resistive load applications. The terminals also adopt a spring clip design, eliminating the need for screw fastening, which is suitable for panel wiring personnel to quickly install. Due to the large number of auxiliary contacts, it is particularly suitable for automated production lines or air conditioning unit control boxes that require multiple independent signal outputs.
