• Members - The online store is only open to members. If you have any purchasing needs, please log in or register as a member of this store first.
• Shipping - Currently only serves Taiwan and its outlying islands . The listed price is in NT dollars. Overseas members can ask a friend in Taiwan to purchase on their behalf or get a quote in US dollars or RMB. Shipping costs are calculated separately.
• Shipping Fee - Except for items with special notes, an additional shipping fee of 100 yuan will be charged for single orders under 3000 yuan, and free shipping will be charged for orders over 3000 yuan.
• Ordering - We accept orders by phone, online, fax, or email. Please leave your basic contact information.
• Order Notes - If it is a company name, please write the company name and unified number in the order notes.
• Payment - Our company does not accept cash on delivery. Please pay online first and send back the last 5 digits of your account number. The order will be confirmed only after the payment is completed.

• Shipment - Once our company receives payment and confirms that the buyer's information is correct, we will arrange shipment.
• Inventory & Delivery Time - Inventory items have a delivery time of 5-7 business days. For out-of-stock items, please contact us and leave a message to order; a specialist will assist you.
• Orders - While we strive to maintain the accuracy of the specifications, prices, and descriptions on our online store, the actual product packaging or manufacturer's announcement shall prevail. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders.
• Pricing - Prices in the online store are the same as those in the company's physical stores, unless otherwise specified as online orders only.
