2026 Rittal × Kenxin New Horizons Seminar
The 2026 Rittal x Kenson "Energy Sustainability x UL Safety New Perspective Seminar" concluded successfully.
On September 15, 2026, Rittal Taiwan, in partnership with Eplan and Kenshin Electric, hosted the "Energy Sustainability × UL Safety Regulations New Perspective Seminar" at the Taoyuan Harbour Hotel . The event invited original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) such as Eaton Bussmann, Phoenix Contact, Shihlin Electric & Machinery, and Siemens to share their insights, and discussed topics such as energy management, carbon tariffs, and US UL safety regulations with export machinery and equipment manufacturers. We thank all the partners and guests who attended, and we also thank Rittal Taiwan for supporting this exchange event.
New barriers faced by equipment exporters
With rising global ESG and carbon neutrality requirements, energy conservation and carbon reduction have shifted from being a bonus point to a fundamental requirement for equipment exports. Equipment manufacturers must not only address green trade barriers and energy consumption reviews resulting from the energy transition , but also ensure that machines exported to North America meet stringent electrical and machinery safety standards . This seminar addresses these challenges by highlighting three core topics:
Strengthen energy management
From power distribution and heat dissipation to energy and carbon management platforms, we can monitor the power consumption of equipment and plants.
Exported to the United States UL Safety Standard
Understand the UL requirements for control panels, fuses, and electrical design of equipment exported to North America.
Carbon tariffs and export trends
We will share the latest developments in international carbon tariff regulations and their impact on equipment exporters.
